local campaigns

From the very start we decided to fight the local election on local issues that the people of Hebden Bridge and Todmorden care about.

We believe that local politics isn’t about winning power, or sitting in the Town Hall, but about making a real change in the lives of people in our community, whoever they are and however they vote.

Hebden Bridge and Todmorden are great places to live, but together we can make them even better. Whether it’s improving wages for our young people, tackling the parking crisis’ in the train station and town centre or opposing over-development, we aim to provide a voice to people as they try to make positive changes to their community.

Here are just a few of the campaigns that people have been in touch with us about.
